Shipping Policy
Thank you your order! All shipments are dispatched within 1-3 business days, and please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. Melty Rainbows LTD is not liable for any damages caused while shipping, If your order arrives damaged, please contact your courier directly and email us to initiate a claim. Remember to keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage. Allow up to 10 business days for delivery; if your parcel is not received after that, we will arrange a refund replacement.

Personalised Item Policy
Please be aware that all personalized item designs and themes need customer approval through email prior to production. Once approval is received and items are created, they become non-refundable and non-returnable. in the exceptional circumstance an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with your receipt, proof of purchase or order number, and photos of the damage.
